THE TOTEM RITUALS ARE COMPLETE! FOR OWZL! FOR THE HORDE!

Here is a scene from the official After-Party in the top-secret unrezzed area of Orgrimmar.

AT LAST! OWZL's astral intelligence and spirit have finally been activated in hyperspace!

All 4 of the elemental totem rituals seemed to have been executed flawlessly.

MANY THANKS TO THE ARS VIRTUA GUILD FOR MAKING OWZL's EXISTENCE POSSIBLE! I will give everyone the individual credit they deserve once I finally have given myself the time and headspace to prepare and exhibit all of the highlights from the rituals' documentation.

It will take me many weeks - mayhaps months - before I will be able to share my memories of these rituals with you.

In the meantime, please visualize the sigil on this blog and do your part in ensuring that OWZL's spirit and intellect remains charged...

Sigilbringer's Metaquest in the World of Warcraft... A Top-Secret Totemic Evocation

Greetings!

My name is Sigilbringer. I am a troll shaman who works within the Ars Virtua Artists Guild.

I have decided to embark on a self-generated quest that goes beyond the regular gameplay and roleplay in the World of Warcraft.

On the surface, it will appear that I am going ahead with the usual magickal totem quests and tasks that is typical of a troll shaman who works for The Horde.

However, I am probably one of a few elite shamans in this World of Willcraft (as I like to call it) that also has access to occult realms that exist in another dimension that runs parallel to all Warcraft and non-gameplay realms....this realm is known to some as the "astral" realm.

To perpetuate the urban myth that playing "games" such as World of Warcraft leads to genuine occult-driven practices, I plan to work with my comrades in the Ars Virtua Guild with the endgame of charging what is known as a "hyper-sigil" within the context of Sigil Magick... My previous supernatural experience within the performance-art realm involves the art of scrying and group Tulpa creation.

My aesthetic goal is to harness/harvest the collective (and perhaps occasionally obsessive) Will of the Ars Virtua Guild members (and affiliates) towards the charging and eventual creation of an entity known either as a Tulpa or an Egregore in another world that exists parallel to the World or Warcraft and what we consider to be our "Real Life" (RL).

This entity already has its own custom sigil drawn by the author outside of WoW. This entity will henceforth have the name "Owzl Owwan Oaaz". The members of the Guild as well as selected special guests (such as Netwurker Mez a.k.a. Bowwtoxx The Bouncer) will have knowledge of my custom sigil in their unconscious mind via post-game emailed transmissions of the image.

The players will be encouraged to play their raids and quests as they usually do while having this sigil embedded into their collective subconscious.

Although this entity has been created and nurtured entirely within the confines of the WoW interface and community, Owzl will actually be inhabiting the legendary astral realm as a tribute deity to one of the 72 formerly imprisoned "demons" of the Grimoire known as The Goetia (Lemegeton Clavicula Salamonis or "The Lesser Key of Solomon").

In order to keep the spell-crafting "pure", the name of the attributed demon will not be revealed outside the inner mind-realm of the conjuring sorcerer/shaman (me).

As a troll shaman, I will weave the collective will of the guild towards this endgame by using the conventional and restrictive narrative and game-play of WoW in order to escape the interface altogether and to activate entities in realms that are beyond the World of Warcraft. The nature of this particular Will-crafted entity will possess all the characteristics that would run contrary to the medieval aesthetic to be found exclusively "in-game". As a result, Owzl will never be a conventional medieval Grimoire demon but instead would be created with the purpose of functioning as a 21st-century style quantum-entity.

In other words, the medieval role-play energy of WoW will be converted into a meta-medieval parallel dimension.

I am fully aware that performing such a ritual over an extended period of time may cause a substantial amount of personal metaphysical and psychological risk in my post-game life since there are many warnings about dabbling in such "Black" Arts as Sorcery and "Demon" Evocation.

In my case, I see this type of risk as embodying one of the necessary endurance trials that are viewed as a pre-requisite to fulfilling my place in the performance art-historical canon (i.e. "no pain, no gain").

Metaquest Goals: As a troll shaman initiate, I plan to work intimately with AV to recruit other troll shamans on the Demon Soul server in order to help me place charged totems into the configuration/pattern of the sigil.

If there are a shortage of shamans, I might ask some AV guild members to create some troll shaman ALTs to get at least to level 10 in order to complete their totem quest. Ideally, I would work towards level 30 since that would enable me to fulfill my totemic ambitions and acquire totems from each of the 4 elements.

It appears in the short-term that I will also need to aspire to the bare minimum of level 10 in order to appear publicly as a Guild Member.

As a member of the Ars Virtua Guild, I plan to appear during their "office hours" on Sundays to gradually import the hypersigil pattern into WoW as an alternate way to charge the Entity's lifeforce.
