All 4 of the elemental totem rituals seemed to have been executed flawlessly.

MANY THANKS TO THE ARS VIRTUA GUILD FOR MAKING OWZL's EXISTENCE POSSIBLE! I will give everyone the individual credit they deserve once I finally have given myself the time and headspace to prepare and exhibit all of the highlights from the rituals' documentation.

It will take me many weeks - mayhaps months - before I will be able to share my memories of these rituals with you.

In the meantime, please visualize the sigil on this blog and do your part in ensuring that OWZL's spirit and intellect remains charged...

I wish to thank you all wholeheartedly for allowing your personality essence to be directly channeled towards the most arcane and prestigious of causes!

Thanks to you and your direct agency from the astral plane, I have now ascended to Level 29 and as a result, I am very close to achieving my goal of acquiring all four of the elemental totems.

I will be speaking with you all very shortly about completing the remaining three rituals! I will ensure that your labours will be fully recognized and immortalized since you were also directly involved in the creation of our very own trans-dimensional magickal entity.

Long Overdue Updates from the Metaquest...

Here I am posing with some Pacific-Northwest style totemic signposts that are located at my current homebase, Thunder Bluff.

HAIL GUILD MEMBERS AND SCHOLARLY ENTHUSIASTS!

I humbly apologize for the epic delay with blogging. These quests have been so time and health (mana) consuming, I have rarely had any chance to reflect upon these sublime situations!

The last time I reported for you, I had barely made the Armory at Level 10...

Since then, I have accomplished some major milestones related to my Metaquest:

I - I have reached Level 22 as of 3 hours ago.

II - I have already successfully performed two arcane rituals with the Guild. The First one was a Fyre Scrying ritual that enabled the Guild to begin visualizing the multifaceted visages of Owzl Owwan Oaaz.

I will discuss this initiation ritual in more detail at a later date.

I have also conducted the first elemental totem ritual. I should have documentation of this Earth Totem ritual that took place at The Great Lift in a few weeks but for now, I will need you to have faith that this legendary event had in fact transpired...

III - I have acquired three of the required four elemental totems and only have 8 more levels to aspire towards until my magickal-mana-cal power source has been properly established. I now have Earth, Fire and Water totems.

AT LONG LAST!!! My efforts have finally been legitimized in the upper echilons of the Unholy Account-Keepers! Now I can stand side-by-side with my aesthetically empowered equals in the Ars Virtua Artist's Guild!

I dinged to Level 10 last week but I guess it took a few days for the World to take notice.

This dinging delay is a frequent reminder to myself that I am so behind with my blogging! I have so many tales to tell and my exact recollection of them is starting to fade...

If you bow down and kneel in front of this blog for another couple of days - perhaps a week - I promise to summon forth a moving portrait of my very 1st official mass-suicide skyring ritual that I did last Sunday with the Guild.

Perhaps if your devotion to this blog is strong enough, I may even reveal some not-so-long lost archives of my recent adventures with Cutty, Sliz, Slizelle, Shacow and Shivvy.

Greetings vulnerable Eostre Hares and Demon Eggs!

I am now in the process of reflecting on last weekend's Quest with the Ars Virtua Guild and it so happened that it took place on a very sacred day, Eostre Sunday. There has been a rumour floating around lately that the Alliance have been attempting to change the name of this day to "Easter Sunday" but I doubt their latest dubious attempt at brainwashing the masses will take hold!

It was quite an epic Quest-fest that day and we managed to fulfill the Eostre theme through our constant hunting and resurrection routines!

In celebration of this most unholy event, I now ask that you glance at the sigil to the right of this blog-scroll when Questing with me in the World of Warcraft because in a matter of weeks, I will have made the Armoury and will be actively recruiting shamans to join our Guild for some astonishing ritual sacrifices!

For now though, you will have to contend with more souvenir portraits...

HISTORY OF THIS EOSTRE SUNDAY'S QUEST...

Here is another merciful portrait of yours truly sparing the hare and avoiding the scorpid in a hurry as I am about to join Shacow to complete the Zalazane Quest (Shacow was rez-urrected before me).

I arrived just in time to catch Shacow fishing in Sen'Jin Village...

Fortunately, the fishing did not take very long so sooner than later, I was following Shacow through Darkspear Strand...

Here I am jumping through water on the way to the Echo Islands again.

Here I am posing with my earth totem and a dead Hexed Troll..I guess you could say that this is my very first official sacrifice ritual for Owwzl.

At long last, Sliz joined us in our quest...It took us awhile as we are swimming though the Echo Isles to find her...In this instance, I am following Shacow while holding my breath underwater.

It was not long before I returned back to (somewhere near)home base where Master Gadrin dinged me to level 8 as I completed the Zalazane Quest...Shivvy also joined in with us at this time...

Gadrin offers me the Quest scroll that orders us to report to Orgnil...

It seems that a superstitious aura has suddenly haunted the Horde because as soon as we reported to Orgnil for the time, he said rather abruptly, "What?? The Burning Blade is Spreading! We must investigate". After saying this, we completed this particular Quest and I must say that this one was the fastest and easiest Quest since all we had to do was report to him.

Although I mentioned earlier in this blog-scroll that Shivvy joined us, it was not until this particular moment that he physically located us on his trusty map.

Here are the four of us as we continue our Quest through the lands of Durotar.

At this point, I discovered Razorwind Canyon with Sliz.

We were actually just passing through the canyon so that Shacow and myself could receive a freshly minted quest from Furl Scornbrow who was located on a high watchtower in Durotar...

Since I did not pick up on the Quest properly on the first try, I made my 2nd attempt with Sliz which was probably a good idea in retrospect since I also managed to capture a much better portrait of the tower. Thus, the "Carry Your Weight Quest" was accepted...

Since I am such a handsome troll, I just HAD to take a self-portrait on the scenic watchtower!

Not to be outdone, I took one additional portrait of the watchtower with Sliz down below...

Did I mention that the Horde-lands are Yours to Discover? One of the places we encountered on our epic journey was the Tor'kren Farm.

The cascade of perpetual discovery just never ends! In this portrait, we had discovered Thunder Ridge.

Perhaps it was our folly for daring to enter the Thunder Ridge as we were repeatedly slain by gaggle of aesthetically-pleasing yet deadly underlings. Here is a close up action portrait of us battling the one of the most aesthetically pleasing beings I have seen in some time, the Voidwalker Minion...During the time this tragic portrait was taken, Sliz died but Shivvy was at least able to slay the Burning Blade Fanatic, if that was any consolation...

Here is a similar action portrait to the one just above... I was almost dead but sufficiently pleased by the aesthetics of the whole experience...

This portrait accurately illustrates that I had rezzed my stoneskin totem (also level 8) next to Shacow's own stoneskin totem to try and slow down this motley crew of demons and fanatics...

Yes, that is no hallucination, this is indeed a portrait of my corpse forming in the cemetary in Thunder Ridge...We have all died but are martyred for a noble cause as this experience - like a bolt of my own lighting - had suddenly inspired me to begin planning a mass-suicide fire ritual as soon as I earn my first fire totem. I am no longer afraid of death and I doubt the rest of the Guild is either. I think it would be quite fitting to perform the ritual as ghosts sometime in the near future so as far as I am concerned no time was wasted...even in death...

Seeking revenge or vengence or whatever it is called - here is a portrait of us sneaking up on the Imp Minion, Fizzle Darkstorm, the Burning Blade Apprentice and the Voidwalker Minion as a Ghost... "resurrect now"?

I have decided to subvert the usual rules of death during gameplay and had covertly taunted my foes from beyond the grave by sneaking a group portrait with my unwitting enemies in the name of Owwzl and the AV Guild. Yes, I realize that I am not spelling the entity's name as "Owzl" as I usually do but for this posting, I am focusing on the ancient pagan name for my upcoming evoked/invoked entity

Here is another great covert portrait of my enemies with whom I was also gathering around the fire..The more I think about these fire-pits, the more I am convinced that a fire like would be a good way to commit mass ritual suicide in the name of Owwzl....

Here is my ghost next to the Thunder Lizard dinosaurs... These beasties we had to deal with as soon as we were able to escape our aesthetically-pleasing archenemies...sigh!

Here is the assembled Guild spying once again on our favourite enemies after recently re-rezzing...I am trying to determine which icon they are referring to... green triangle? Purple Diamond? Yellow Star?

It was not long before I resorted to some mirror-gazing and allowed myself to pose in front of a sigil like pattern in the dirt next to skeletons..I wish I could carve the Owwzl sigil in the sand....but I can envision it, which may be enough for some Magick to happen.

This weird shapeshifter known as "lamcfred" had decided to spam us en masse...This was a very odd moment and may have been a a cover-up for a more arcane transmission of some occult codes that I was likely supposed to know about. Regardless of intention, we did experience a splendid shapeshifting show though... Sliz standing on skeletons while the rest of the Guild is entertained by the Spamshow...

Instantly starstruck, Sliz and Shacow have tried to produce their own DIY shapeshifting show...Shivvy sent me the "Lost but Not Forgotten" Quest...I never knew that he even had a son...anyways, it was off to fight the crocs.

After some faffing around, we eventually discovered Southfury River where the main croc is located...

What an easy slay! The Dreadmaw is now dead and its corpse yielded Kron's Amulet.

This portrait accurately depicts the act of cashing in on the "Lost but Not Forgotten" Quest with Misha Tor'kren.

Shivvy sent me a very relevant Quest called "Break a Few Eggs"..I knew that sooner or later we would have an Eostre Egg Hunt on our hands!

Since Eostre is the season of selfishness and greed, we also accepted another quest dubbed "Winds in the Desert"... This Quest was quite epic in itself since we had to steal several sacks of supplies and kill at least one Dustwind Harpy...

To allay any immediate fears of mass-suicide from the uninitiated, fire is also a useful element for cozying up to while handing the rest of the sacks to Rezlak...

This portrait illustrates Rezlak offering me a new quest called "Securing the Lines"... Through the act of gazing at this documentation, I have just noticed as of late that some great entities were emerging from the fireplace... Are these entities of an astral nature? Look carefully into the fire and attain a heightened trance state to see what I mean...Just be sure to glance at the sigil to the right of this blog before gazing with any sort of calculated intent...OK?

Hmmmm.... "we will suffer no demon's servant in our lands!" - Orgnil Soulscar...I am not exactly sure if he was talking about me backhandedly...maybe he is onto my secret Metaquest and will report me to Thrall of the Horde? Maybe it is my paranoia speaking?

Hmmm... Maybe as an attempt to keep me from getting too unconventional with my sorcery, Orgnil had suddenly made me level 9 or perhaps, this way I would be too high ranking to merely be a "Demon's Servant"? Hmmmm..I will have to ask him about this later..if I can get the courage!

Hmmm...
perhaps Orgnil wants me to succeed with my Metaquest since he offered me a very easy Quest of simply speaking to Margoz (a fellow Shaman) but then, he wants me to "crush those cultists"....hmmm..should I really accept this Quest? What if he meant to say "crush those occultists"....

Well, since those paranoid voices in my head were starting to wear me down, I decided to
check out my mailbox before checking into the Razor Hill Inn for the night... The voices in my head may be active but voices who prefer scrolls must have been on vacation because my inbox was empty..sigh!

Out of sheer lonliness, I decided to write my own scroll for Woshaman who was unable to attend our Eostre Sunday Quest..here is what the scroll looked like....

Levelling up with the Guild while earning my first totem training!

Greetings Questing Initiates!

Last week, I embarked on several epic Quests! The time between documentation and Questing seems to be narrowing every week... So, enough of this petty introduction!

Here is...

THE HISTORY OF THIS MEGA (BUT NOT NECESSARILY META) QUEST...

At the crack of twilight, my good friends and Guildmates Sliz and Shacow woke me up at Razor Hill Inn just in time to continue last week's epic Quest. Questing is a great substitute for sleep!

Even though I live in a pre-modern era, I am still tempted to industriously watch the clock from time to time since I have to ensure that the quests could be finished at a reasonable hour. Even Shamans have to do Shiftwork!

Shacow's Earth Totem helps us recover from the damage faster in order to buy Sliz and myself enough time to lOOt a nearby Sailor.... Since this portrait was taken, we have now learned our lesson and will now aim to heal our ally rather than perpetually lOOt our enemy.

Here I am jumping in triumph, as my Guildmates have just slain the Lieutenant Benedict. While Sliz was around to bask in the glow of our newfound trophy with me, Shacow was aleady leaving Tiragarde Keep so as to keep up the pace for the next Quest... However, at the time this portrait was taken, we had successfully completed the Quest known as "Vanquish the Betrayers"! The Gods had showered darkness in my favour as I managed to ascend up the Unholy ranks to level 6. DING!

Unlike the lowly Sailor we lOOted earlier, it was Benedict himself that had the most interesting lOOt of the day. Inside his pocket was a key and Shacow already knew which chest this key would open. So, we used Benedict's key to open up this mystery chest and opened the "Aged Envelope" which contained the orders from the deceased Daelin Proudmoore which we used as the instructions for the next Quest.

Since our greed took the better of us, we decided to binge on a whole bunch of new Quests. In this portrait, we can see Gar'Thok offering us an additional Quest (not all Quests are documented in this posting) called "From the Wreckage"...

Due to our insatiable greed, we demanded that Gar'Thok give us one more Quest for the road... This one is called "Encroachment".

We were about to extort even more Quests from Gar'Thok until suddenly some high level
Alliance members invaded our Razor Hill compound (probably because they heard the Inn had decent beer on tap)... Since we had no death-wish that day, we decided to take a risk and ended up playing dead as a form of surrender...it worked! Laziness and cowardice actually pays off!

It took awhile to recover from playing dead...

Finally! Our "playing dead" ruse worked! Seconds after the high ranking Kevinl danced his humiliating victory dance, one of our own named Shmegmaliko snuck up behind his back and killed him for us. This portrait shows our saviour Shmegmaliko with his pet. This portrait also shows the slain Kevinl. In typical greedy Troll fashion, I desperately desired to lOOt Kevinl's corpse but I was too lazy and afraid to do anything about it! Arrrghhh!

At last! We have discovered the Land of the Living known as Sen'Jin Village! I call this exciting pre-urban area the Land of the Living because I am used to it as being the Land of the Dead since the last time I was anywhere near Sen'Jin, it was in their cemetary.

In this portrait, I decided to tag along with Sliz while she received some Mage Training within the boundaries of Sen'Jin Village. Since I am not a Mage, I was only window shopping.

Well, we knew that the more Quests we accepted, the more likely we were to get at least one of them done and over with. Here we are settling up some Quest details with Master Gadrin.

Once again, I had the sudden urge to take a tourist portrait in Sen_jin Village. Here I am posing with a canopy of skulls. It was roughly in this area where we accepted the Zalazane Quest here.

Before we set off on our epic Quest through the Tropical Paradise known as the Echo Isles to find Zalazane's head, I took another nice group portrait in Sen'jin Village.

Here I am swimming towards the Echo Isles with Sliz and Shacow. I must admit that the water was crystal clear...splOOsh!

Here I am posing next to a slain tiger on the Echo Isles. This tiger was quite the fresh kill and but I cannot honestly say it was me who killed him.

Here is an action portrait of us fighting for supremacy against a Hexed Troll. I had no idea until this moment that not all Trolls were our automatic Allies. I guess it truly is a Troll eat Troll world, after all! So, if some Trolls are against us, who are they working for? And, if society at large considers the Horde to be "evil", is the Ars Virtua Guild considered to be only Neutral Evil in relation to them if they are leaning to be more Horde than the Horde itself? Perhaps this is not as complex as it seems if they have treasonous bonds with the Alliance.

Here is a similar action portrait except this time we have had to deal with a much more difficult duo of Voodoo Trolls.

Eventually, our other Guildmate Shivvy appears out of thin air (he was cloaked) to save us from the extra menace of the Bloodtalon Taillasher (actually, the creature was not that powerful).

It did not take that long before we managed to locate Zalazane himself. It was our goal to behead him for the Quest's cause.

Since we were on a roll, we also lOOted Minshina's Skull while we were in the neighborhood.

This skull boosted me to level 7 - I celebrated my newfound DING by posing once again as a tourist with a shark just before rushing off to combat some Kolkar Drudge Centaurs. Speaking of portrait shOOts, it was now time for some centaurism!!

Here I am buying some Totem Training from Swart the Shaman Trainer within the Razor Hill Barracks... This was part of my very first Totem training session...I earned spells to conjure both the Earth Shock and Earthbind Totems.

Phew! For the last portrait of this posting, we have Shacow and myself resting on a bed and hammock in the Razor Hill Inn...we will wait until our next office hours before cashing in on the Zalazane Quest... This Sunday is an Easter Sunday so what better day to hunt for more Quests!

Vanquish the Betrayers! The All-Shaman Questing Begins...

Here I am asleep at the Inn somewhere on top of Razor Hill... What a hard day at the (Guild) Office!

Greetings To All Horde Shamans who are able to assemble inside the Demon Soul Realm!

This past Sunday at the time did not seem related to my Meta-Quest but now I have realized that this event is historic for two reasons:

I - This is the first time only the Shamanic members of the Guild had Quested together. It is important that Shamans Quest with me as I need totems for my Sigil charging ritual.

II - Every Quest no matter how small is historic because it is all part of the bigger picture of levelling up to acquire the aformentioned elemental totems.

III- Dorka accidentally drank her Earth Sapta brew without realizing she was to save it for her first Totem quest...We had to find something for all of us to do after all!

Well now, it is time to unveil for you the history of this unique Quest...

HISTORY OF THIS QUEST...

Here I am meeting Dorka for the first time... Dorka is another Shaman summoned forth upon my old friend Sliz's beckoned call. Since Sliz is a Mage and not a Shaman, she had to find one for me and thank darkness, she appointed the most suitable candidate indeed!

At this point, Dorka and I also met Woshaman for the first time. Woshaman is a Tauren Shaman and was summoned in a similar manner by Bowwtoxx. Due to the sensitive nature of my Meta-Quest, my colleagues in the Ars Virtua Artists'Guild have been very helpful with recruiting more Shamans to my cause because without my own personal Horde of Shamans, I will not be able to acquire enough elemental totems to complete the first major invocation ritual...Well on this day, I had to focus on a much more immediate and conventional Quest and this was known as...

QUEST: "VANQUISH THE BETRAYERS!"

DESCRIPTION: Kill 10 Kul Tiras Sailors, Marines and finally, the Lieutenant Benedict...

This Quest is not as easy as it sounds. I am speaking in the present tense as we have not quite finished this Quest at the time of writing...

This is a historic portrait as it depicts the very first slain Kul Tiras Sailor.

Here is an action portrait of Dorka and I attacking a Kul Tiras Marine with lightning bolts while Woshaman heals us in realtime - and who is to say that the Horde's Medicare system is barbaric??

Here we are inside the main foyer of the castle...with skeletal remains.

After some mighty tough battles in the foyer, we meandered inside the various dungenous catacombs that extended throughout the labyrinthine buttressing of this Castle of The Keep...

Here we have another lightning bolt action potrait of Dorka and myself... Once again, Woshaman provides the charity work as our designated healer while we attempt to kill off 2 Marines for our Questly quota.... Our focus at this point was on the Marines since we had already fulfilled our Sailor quota... It was during this identical point in time/spcae that we managed to successfully perform some "greed rolls" and earned us a Red Linen Robe each.

Roll out the Barrels! Hopelessly addicted to our greedy luck, we began trolling through the barrels for some extra lOOt...We had some spare time to locate free $$$$ since we finally managed to fulfill the slain Marine Quota.

Here is proof that I am now starting to die every Sunday. Once I had successfully met my third death to date, I quickly sought some Olden Style Southern Comfort from my local Spirit Healer in the Sen'jin Village Cemetary.

Here is a close up of my new neighborhood Spirit Healer. Being dead for several seconds has led me to contemplate the possible mounting of a ghostly invocation ritual/performance possibly involving a mass Shaman suicide as a method to help charge my Sigil with the full psychic force needed for entity activation...Hmmm..perhaps, The Guild will reserve this sacred rite for a later date... I still had to return to the Land of the Living as I had some Unfinished Business left to undertake...

Back in the Land of the Living, I managed to illustrate an action portrait of Woshaman healing my recently resurrected corpse...

I must say that I am addicted to action portraits! Once again, here is yet another action portrait of the three of us taking care of some rogue sailors...

Here is a slightly better angle of this action scenario... Since my dexterity and constitution was lost within the Fog of War at this time, an important development had temporarily escaped my consciousness... As soon as I had one peaceful second to myself, I noticed that there was no text-scroll mentioning that the Lieutenant Benedict still needed to be slain by our collective hand. Was Benedict in fact killed in my brief absence during death? Since there was no immediate record in my Quest log at the time and I also noticed that my primary chat-scroll foretold the wonderment that Agrezel felt since he also was curious as to the whereabouts of this Lost Lieutenant...hmmmm... a magickal glitch in the system, mayhaps?

I guess we must have killed Benedict because in almost no time flat, I was dutifully following Woshaman back to the Razor Hill Inn in Durotar for some R&R (Rolling dice and Revenge planning)... I believe that Dorka must have also likely been following me... On another note, you can see an example of some Guild Spam (from another Guild and not ours) in the scrolling text... Maybe here, Dorka can finally find some Sapta on tap.

For those who exist in other dimensions similar to the World of Warcraft, you might find this particular portrait to be of particular intrigue and worth your curiosity. Here we are checking our mailbox for deposited scrolls...As you can see, the mailbox is that very visible box with the mail icon down there on the ground. This mailbox was placed right outside the local Inn on Razor Hill... It was definitely time to recharge for next Sunday. For those who exist outside of my dimension, the "zzz" icon above my profile portrait means I am at rest...

My Coveted Earth Totem Quest...

I finally have earned my very first Totem as of last Sunday!
I can hardly contain my excitement!!!

History of this Epic Quest for the First Totem...

Here is a random portrait at the very beginning of my Totem Quest with a passer-by named Chone and some Lillith archetype with a hellbent taste for bondage and corrosive cackling...At this time, I was waiting for Sliz to join me by the fire pyre...

Sliz finally arrived and our first contact since the previous Sunday took the appearance of a spectral summit. It is true that our most fundamental bonds as a Guild actually do revolve around the spiritual nature of our being but usually, our natures are never this publically revealed to anyone outside our Guild? Perhaps this was a Near-Death experience of sorts and a foreshadowing of more corpse-releasing that was looming just yonder over the mountainous horizon.

Here is a portrait with another passer-by named Beaste...At first he looked like my new Shamanic colleague, Shacow but I guess all Taurens look somewhat alike at first glance.

Here I am with Sliz about to walk through a pool of water for the first time. We had to backtread through this pool at least once since I realized half-way (and half-witted) through the scorpion hunting quest that I was also supposed to loot them in order to acquire their tails as a pre-required bounty...

At last! Shacow arrives at the den to help me with my first Call of Earth Quest...I did not rejoin him until a bit later though since I still had to fulfill my Questing rites as a pre-initiate with with Sliz...

My personal Shaman Trainer named Shikrik offers me Totem training as soon as I can get ahold of my very own Earth Totem... However, she wants to charge me 95 gold so I had to sell off some of my leather at a Merchant in the den of the Valley of Trials... After amassing the sufficient funds, I further realized that I could not train anyway until I was at a slightly higher level... Therefore, I had to kill and loot some more to acquire the necessary Savings Account and Level up my prestige in order to be worthy to receive the most sacred of Shamanic training...

Here I am with Sliz attacking a Felstalker in the Burning Blade Coven. The Felstalkers had many things to offer us including lootable gold, prestige building experience and one of them even contained a tiny Gold Medallion but I did not find this item with Sliz...in fact, we had no idea a lowly Felstalker would even carry a medallion... It was just a matter of time before both of us became disoriented and lost and we felt that we had to return to homebase and wait for Shacow who remarkably was more experienced than both of us (probably due to the fact that Shacow was directly channeling his mighty guru, Suffragist).

Once again, I resorted to swimming aimlessly in pools of water as a last ditch effort to find endarkenment.... In this case, the pool that I am wading in here is inside the Burning Blade Coven...if only I had the Medallion at this time! ARRRGH!

As a kind of "Trophy Portrait", I have decided to show you one of my fresh Felstalker victims... I must clarify that although the Felstalker is conventionally classified as a "demon", this base creature should not be confused with the far more intelligent and divine elementals and entities that are known to our Magickal Elite as daemons. My Sigil Ritual Metaquest represents the highest form of arcane Daemonolatry and my tribute entity that I will invoke/evoke at the endgame point (the addicted peons tell me there never ever really is an "endgame") of this Metaquest will be treated with the utmost of respect and veneration!

MY TIME HAS COME! My first Totem related quest known as the Call of Earth was dicatated to me literally ("literally" as in via text-scroll transmission) from Canaga Earthcaller. Not only did Canaga create this wonderfully articulated scroll for me to read and absorb, he also made the visionary (hallucinagenic) Sapta brew for me to drink once my first Rite of Passage had been completed...

In this portrait, I had scrolled down the scroll to read more about the side effects of the Earth Sapta Brew that I was about to drink in a matter of an hour...

Once I had returned to the Burning Blade Coven with Shacow, I had my first taste of virtual mortality... The Felstalkers had the better of me...sigh! This portrait is historic as it depicts me "dying" for the first time. By "dying", it is merely a rather painless process where my immortal spirit is forcibly evacuated from my corpse and moved to the nearby Cemetary....All I have to do once I am dead, is to roam the Medieval Metaverse as a Hungry Ghost in search of my resurrectable body.

Fortunately for me, Shacow also fell Six feet Under and so he knew where our old bodies (corpses) were located. So, we were lucky in that no depraved individuals stuck around for some good old corpse camping while we were gone...phew!

Well, there was one beastly cretin who attempted to camp by my corpse so I took my rightful revenge on my killer and leveled the karmic playing field somewhat...

As soon as we finally located the Medallion, Shacow and I made haste and departed from the Coven...it looks like Dorehynia and her consort (no nametag was revealed)were hoping to find a reasonable reproduction of the original Medallion that we had just scored...heheheheh!

BEHOLD! I HAVE EVOKED THE MINOR MANIFESTATION OF EARTH!

Once we had returned the Medallion to its rightful owner, we found a secret passage to the hidden region reserved for Shamans (I think) known as Spirit Rock. Eager for contact, I guzzled several gulps of this foul-tasting Sapta Brew and almost immediately afterwards, my first of many psychedlic trance visions were beginning to enfold...This portrait I think captures the exact moment when my sense of reality was on the verge of being alchemically transmuted towards the sublime visage of an Earthly Elemental that I was to come to know later as the Minor Manifestation of Earth.

Finally, the Minor Manifestation of Earth appears before me...

I must say I was awe-struck by my first conventional elemental visitation since I took a few portraits of this encounter.

This portrait shows the scroll that was passed to us by the Minor Manifestation of Earth. In order to fulfill our Call of Earth Quest, we accepted some rough quartz from the MMofE (as I now affectionately call him) and was instructed to return this quartz to Canaga so he could use it as the heart that would power the first Earthly Totems. These two Totems would be given to us as soon as Canaga had the quartz so we rushed back to The Den in the Valley of Trials...

Here is the moment when the Minor Manifestation of Earth offered us our own shards of rough quartz...

THE SECOND CALL OF EARTH QUEST HAS BEEN COMPLETED! Canaga Earthcaller accepts our tokens of quartz for our newly acquired Stoneskin Totems. Canaga must be a Master-Mason since it took virtually no time at all for us to receive our customized gifts. Perhaps, Canaga is directly related to the Totem Ancestor!

This portrait shows more of the scroll offered by Canaga...Shacow is also visible in this portrait... The time had come for us to test out the placement and configuration of these Totems...

Here is another historic portrait for the archives. Here I am casting my first Totem with Shacow. We both noticed that the placement of an Earth Totem such as this Stoneskin one seems to appear right in front of us but to the....er...front and right of us.... I think Shacow is right when he said that each Totem element (Earth, Fire, Water and Air) will have a different default placement in relation to the spellcasting avatar Shaman. Once we make it to level 30 and have all the token Totems from each corresponding element, it will take us at least one full rehearsal to figure out how to configure these Totems in conformity with the Sigil's basic skeletal pattern.

Here is one last portrait of our Totems...Somehow, we managed to make cryptic icons appear over our Totems. Mine has a crescent moon, and Shacow's Totem has a skull...hopefully this is not some bad omen for him!!!

Here I am at a lowly level 1 (well, at least according to conventional WoW wisdom) sitting next to a friendly fire in the Valley of Trials with my friend Sliz whom I have imported from another dimension in order to perform occult rituals with me (including my own Metaquest from which this blog is devoted towards). In the inter-dimensional text scroll, you can see Tookis (not to be confused with Takkis) namedropping such otherwordly domains as the SFMOMA. Suffragist who is one of the founders of our Ars Virtua Artists Guild has even promoted Sliz to the cryptic roles of "bOt" and "cyborg". Another spirit being being channeled in this trance-induced scrolling text ritual is Bowwtoxx whom I have mentioned in the previous posting since I know him in both mind and (virtual) body...

GREETINGS FELLOW WARLOCKS AND SHAMANS OF THE HORDE!

Last Sunday, I finally embarked on my first batch of pre-requisite quests that will enable me to recruit a roving band of Guild members towards the pursuit of constructing the largest totem-charged display of this nearly bygone era!

Shock and Awe will indeed become the words of tomorrow as it is only a matter of time before I can activate the fruits of my Metaquesting labours and conjure forth an entity that transcends all time and space as a tribute to one of the most paradigm-shifting entities of King Solomon's Ars Goetia. Since many of you live in the Demon Soul realm, you may have never heard of King Solomon nor these entities... No Matter! Soon enough, you will witness a sublime and high intelligence emerge in our world that seem eons ahead of our barbaric civilization!

Here is another portrait of myself with Sliz - who by the way, is also a Troll Shaman. Before Sliz officially joined the Ars Virtua Artists Guild, she had formed her own group entitled rather modestly, "WE THE BEST"... Once she realized that Ars Virtua existed, she probably changed the name of that group to "WE THE SECOND BEST" for those who were foolish enough to remain in that fly-by-night Guild.

It was at this moment that I introduced Sliz to the Suffragist... A nearby Orc named Nobleorc was in such a state of awe after witnessing the arrival of Suffragist that he had no choice but to also bask in the glow of our Guild and resorted to honorable prostrating in order to join it.

We were so awe-inspiring as a trio, I just had to ensure additional portraits were produced for your worshipping purposes.

It took awhile for the glow of our unholy supremacy to wear off in this particular Temporary Autonamous Zone (TAZ) before Nobleorc felt sufficiently empowered to allow himself to be included in the portrait. We are Legion for we will be many...

To celebrate the inclusion of Nobleorc amongst our ranks, I decided to perform a very arcane ritual that I had learned about while astral travelling to a parallel dimension radically different to ours... The creatures of this dimension call this odd social ritual, "Breakdancing".

Since Suffragist was far too powerful to be an efficient Quest-mentor for us, he had used his immense magickal powers to summon a virtual doppleganger even more unholy than Nobleorc himself. This egregore was dubbed simply "Ignobleorc".

At last! Sliz and I (as well as Nobleorc and Ignobleorc) finally had the opportunity to meet Myriam Moore in person! Since it was officially the Guild's office hours, there was simply no time for autographs (produced via bloodletting) so we quickly requested that Myriam also produce a lower-level thought form to help us accelerate our levels as efficiently and collaboratively as possible to enhance the initial energy charges and transfers related to my epic Sigil Magick ritual.

Here is a picture of my very first quest with the Ars Virtua Guild Party...From this point forward, I ascended a few degrees past level one. My first quest with the group involved killing and looting 10 boars. Yes, it is true that animal sacrfice is still the hallmark of many occult ritual activity. Eventually, I progressed towards collecting cactus apples and returning them to Galgar... Once I gained enough experience, I even helped kill Vile Familiars. If my memory serves me correctly, I had successfully killed 3 Vile Familiars myself.

During this quest, we still had time to take documentation of the event as it happened. Here is another group portrait of Sliz, Shivvy (Myriam Moore's Egregore), Nobleorc and myself.

After my killing and gathering quests, I embarked on my very first (public) Shamanic quest which is known as the "Rune-inscribed Tablet". Although many Troll Shamans at higher levels already know the details of all these quests, not as many know some of the intricate practices of sigil magick since I have learned this as an independent sorceror and have performed my own mirror and water scrying for the purpose of accessing knowledge and technologies from higher dimensions.

This portrait shows you the special scroll that illustrated the details behind my first shamanic quest. In detail, the Troll Shaman is briefed about this Rune-inscribed tablet and the four elements native to this world that eventually will be harnessed by the Totems I will acquire during higher levels of intensive questing with the Ars Virtua Artists Guild.

This portrait I am quite fond of as it shows me next to my first Shamanic mentor (or in this case, Mentress), Shikrik. I hope Shikrik will be pleased with my longer-term plans for the fulfillment of the Metaquest. I am wondering if it will be Shikrik who will also send me on my Totem Quests in the near future?

Tales from Prehistoric Times (ca. Last Month)

Here is one of my first group portraits with members of the Ars Virtua artists Guild... From left-right: Bowwtoxx, Bowwtoxx's pet lion, Leatherette, Sigilbringer (me) and Takkis. We have decided to meet in the region of Durotar on the Demon Soul Realm.

ALL HAIL THE MEMBERS FROM THE ARS VIRTUA ARTIST GUILD!

I have finally taken a moment to reflect on the historical moments in my life that have shaped who I am or perhaps, who I have become...or will yet evolve to be...

I ask that you turn back the sundial towards a golden era where I met some of the originating Guildmembers for the first time... Just over one month ago, I had established telepathic contact with Suffragist (who also runs the Guild in other realms) and Myriam Moore who are the founders of the Guild. However, I was unable to locate their physical vessels by pedestrian (literally) means alone so fortunately, I noticed that some of my friends have also recently joined the Guild and so we ventured forth into the great unknown (well, a few mountaintops away from home base anyway) in search of sustained correspondence.

One friend in particular is Bowwtoxx who is a mighty Orc Warrior and was very helpful in helping me adjust to the Demon Soul Realm from which my avatar was born and thrust into merely hours before...

You could say in a sense then that Bowwtoxx can be considered my very first mentor...It was a matter of hours from Bowwtoxx's hands-on tutorials that I managed to establish telepathic contact with another friend, Takkis. Using Bowwtoxx's seasoned map-reading skills, we were able to track down Takkis and get her to pose in some photo shoots with us.

GREETINGS!

My name is Sigilbringer and you can read all about me and my new Metaquest on the right-hand side of this blog.

To quickly summarize, I am a Troll Shaman in the World of Warcraft.

I am not just any old Troll Shaman, though.

Only in the highest echilons of Shamanic Inner Circles, does the initiate come to know that there is more to Magick than meets the eye in the virtual realm.

Contrary to mainstream belief systems in WoW, there are actually two kinds of magick in the World of Warcraft:

1) Public Gameplay Magick.

and...

2) Private Occultic Magick.

On the surface and as far as most Warcraft Warriors are concerned, I exclusively practice within the former paradigm of sorcery (as do about 99.9% of the other Shamans) and appear to be an initiate of the lowest order... As you can see from my profile picture, I only appear to be a level 3 Troll Shaman.

However, the Ars Virtua Guild are one of the few progressive ensembles who have gained some insight into my real practice and reason for existing inside the Demon Soul Realm - they know that I am using the willpower and obsessional energy of one realm (Demon Soul) in order to charge a customized entity in a parallel realm that lies beyond both the Medieval gamespace and the "real" space of the gameplayer him/herself! For the sake of convenience, I hereby dub the name of this astral realm, "Daemon Soul". It is in the limbo-realm between Demon/Daemon Soul that I will enact the most epic form of "Performance Art"!

So, if you wish to participate in some higher and truly arcane magickal evocation rituals, please contact someone in the Ars Virtua Guild on the Demon Soul server and the rest is...well...Magick!

I will have more blog postings for you that articulate my detailed sub-quests with the Guild.... Please look at the sigils on the top-right of this blog and concentrate on them for soon enough, the time of my entity's reign will soon come to dawn upon you all!
